Following instructions: When people are interested to exercise by themselves should follow instructions which are provided by an instructor. If people don’t follow any instruction different injuries can attack. Besides, different pain in the bodies can make boring.

Avoiding extra exercise: Some people make over exercise which is unnecessary. When people cross the limitation it can bring various pain and injuries into bodies. So, people should avoid extra work.

Make schedule: People who are interested in HIIT should make a daily schedule for practice.
