3 top reasons you should send your child to an Islamic senior secondary girl school

by John Steffen Consultant
It’s been years since you came to the UK. You’ve got a nice job in a company and now you’ve a fairy that you want to get the best education in the world. Someone recently suggested you sending her to an Islamic senior secondary school. The idea sounds good, but somehow you’re a little skeptical. Read on this article and you’ll feel more relaxed and confident.

  • Secular education – most of the Islamic schools in the UK put in their best to educate their kids and help them become their best versions. I personally have been to quite a number of schools such as Jamea Al Kauthar, and I totally loved the way they approach education and prepare their kids for tomorrow’s challenges. You must see these schools. And all your concerns and doubts will vanish in no time. If you want your little girl to grow up amidst the best teachings of Islam, you must send her to an Islamic senior secondary school.

  • The culture, the values, the modern education – Islamic schools maintain a high standard of culture, values and modern education that prepare their kids to grow up to be truly global citizens and respect their religion and teachings.

  • The minute you enter the premises of a well-managed Islamic school, you’ll feel its vibe - a vibe that tells you that your little beautiful kid will always be in safe hands and will grow in a well-maintained and safe and secure environment that’ll help you grow.

  • The flexibility, the courses, and the extra-curricular activities – sending your kid to an Islamic school doesn’t mean that you’ll not be able to meet her or call her. In fact, all Islamic schools see to it that their kids don’t face any trouble settling down in their schools and they can often go back to see their parents as and when possible.

UK has many Islamic schools. You probably know this. But not all schools are equal when it comes to quality of education and infrastructure and support for the kids at school premises. Therefore you should put in a little bit of efforts in getting to know the schools to pick the best school for your kid. Many schools accept Islamic charity as well to build on their infrastructure. You can donate to these schools to ensure Allah’s blessings for your kid and family.

Our holy book has also said a lot about Islamic charities and how they transform our lives, our kids’ lives. So if Allah has blessed you with a fairy like child, why not ensure happiness for her for all her life. All you need to do is to give back to the society in any way possible – the easiest is to make an Islamic donation to a school or an institution involved in social welfare.

Not convinced yet? Well you can at least visit some of the schools in and around your area. I’ll write down a couple of more articles on this topic and also on Islamic charities. Stay connected for all this.
