NGO Formation and Registration - Part of Public Welfare

In this corporate world there are many types of companies performing their activities in order to achieve their common goal and aim. Among these types, the Non - profit Organizations NGO is one of the famous types of offering welfare and education development in the society. Beside Government bodies, the non-profit organizations are also working with the aim of sustainable development of the communities in different countries. The main aim behind these is to rise and boost the world economy by developing different communities on the international level. The government alone cannot take the pressure of society and welfare development that give rise to NGO in different economies. It is a flavor of participatory and autocratic management. These NGOs have played a valuable role for developing countries where women education, child education, poverty, unemployment and Medicare are the main concern. Different developing countries have their own rules for ngo registration. Like in India, different nonprofit making agencies have contributed with their best efforts towards infrastructure and welfare development by taking participate in the different economic activities. Among these ngo jobs in india is of the cause of rising ngo in India with its diverse branches. Besides these, establishment of small business, crops development, education programs, rising the status of women in the society, education of hiv aids ngo, community development and many more are the concern areas of non-government organization.

There are different steps and processes for ngo formation that are followed by different countries. Like US, Canada, UK, NZ, AUS, India and many other developed and developing countries have their rules and regulations for ngo registration. Like in India, NGO is need to register under section-25 of companies act. It can be register as private limited nonprofit company, trusts or non profit making societies. Before its registration, it is very important to check its pre plan aims and goals. Like for NGO it is very necessary to work for medical relief, relief of the poor, development of education for general public utility. All these are checked and passed by Section 2(15) of the Income Tax Act in India. Therefore, it is very necessary for the NGO trusts and non profit organization to hire any of the well experienced business law firms in India in order to get registration for their ngo in india in order to act as non profit society for welfare and community development.
