Time to confuse the body clock again

Once again it's that time of year I absolutely hate. time to 'fall' back.  I really hate the semi annual time change.  Just when my body clock gets adjusted to daylight savings time it's time to fall back and vice versa.

So since misery loves company I thought I'd remind you to set you clocks back this weekend.  God forbid I be the only one who dazed and confused Sunday morning!
