Earnings through position (Manager, Director)
Members that decide to work actively as Managers and Directors are paid 20% of all revenue they generate and 2% of revenue of all their referrals down to 10 levels.
Manager Starter
As Manager Starter you get paid 20% from your own revenue, for example if you generate $1,500 revenue you get paid $300. Manager Starter might earn only few hundred dollars per month, but as soon as other revenues are added, earnings with same team, same effort and same down line can bring to Manager Starter up to 10 times higher earnings.
Manager Starter should be serious and make an effort to understand the work and talk to potential members and clients about joining or working for SVIOR. Conversations can be done with several different people per day, one on one or with two to five people at once at home. Predicted, but not guaranteed earnings (because it depends from Manager Starter success rate) is $1,000 - $2,000/ month in starter phase and in active phase much more.
Very important part in Manager starter's work is to train another Members that are potential Managers, because that will bring him a real fortune. Simple formula is talk to at least 6 people per day and signup at least one. From your signups select potential Managers and train them this way you can form a team of 10 Managers first month. Of course train Managers to do the same!
Junior Manager
Qualified Junior Manager is every Member that has a team of at least 6 Starter Managers and he/she gets paid a 180$ bonus at qualification, plus of course his/hers regular earnings. At first, Junior Manager might generate only $2,000 - $3,000 per month, in future and through other website activities, earnings grow significantly. Junior Manager has additional obligations and responsibility to attend on paid presentations in other Cities and Countries as per company requirements.
Senior Manager
Qualified Senior Manager is every Member with a team of 5 Junior Managers and it is considered qualified at the $500 earned. Senior Manager is first position that gets extra payment from organized events once or twice per month. From this position on, monthly pay doesn’t go under $3,000/month.
Associate Manager
Qualified Associate Manager is every Member that forms a team of 4 Senior Managers and gets paid $1,200 at qualification. Associate Manager runs a big event once per month.
Executive Manager
Qualified Executive Manager is Member with team of 3 Associate Managers and gets paid at qualification $2,400. Executive Manager runs a big event every second month on local level.
Project Director
Qualified Project Director must have a team with 3 Executive Managers and gets paid $4,000 at qualification. Project Director runs huge events every quarter of the year.
Associate Director
Qualified Associate Director must have a team of 2 Project Directors and gets paid $ 7,000 at qualification. Associate Director runs events on Country level on half year basis.
Executive Director
Qualified Executive Director must have a team of 2 Associate Directors and gets paid $ 12,000 at qualification. Runs annual international event with all competitions!
3. Earnings through Advertising
Earnings through Advertising can generate few thousands per month for all active participants on Svior website. Categories SVIOR covers are:

Contextual Ads
CPM
PPC SE
Local Search
Directory Ads
SEO third party services
Funding through Projects
*PTC is available only through apps where they are added as third party providers with their offers that are independent of Svior Company Terms and Conditions. Details are explained to all Members and Managers in active phase.
4. Earnings through Meetings
Earnings through meetings are for Managers only and regular Members can get rewards from couple of hundred to couple of thousands of dollars if they participate at the meeting. Different competitions, prizes from sponsors and cash prizes are incentive for Members to join and be active on Svior website. Different job offers and business opportunities that are presented at the Meetings only are very strong incentive to participate in website activities.
Higher ranked Managers are trained to run different kinds of meetings, even meetings of huge proportions where trainings and preparations can take months.
