EPOXY FATTY ACID METHYL ESTER(EFAME) J101 is the best choice to cut production cost as a good substitute for DOTP, DOP, DBP, to replace 20%-40% portion and its price is only 60%~70% of the price of DOP, so greatly reduced the cost.

It is light yellow oil, transparent liquid under normal temperature, made from natural plant oil, and is soluble in most organic solvent.

EFAME J101 is kind of Epoxy fatty acids methy ester, which is proved to have the most minimum influence on the environment during production. It doesn’t contain “DEHP,DIDP,DNOP,DINP,BBP,DBP (6P), reported by SGS.
It has passed EU 2005/84/EC and is a good choice for European countries to import. It could be used as a main plasticizer due to its great miscibility with PVC Products.

3. EPOXY FATTY ACID METHYL ESTER(EFAME) J101 Property

It enjoys good compatibility with PVC resin. Great intermiscibility makes EFAME a good substitute for DOP, DBP, and contributes 20~40 portion quantity of the plasticizers in total.
Yeas of practical experience shows that J-101 could increase end product's flexibility, low vaporization and good stability to the light and heat, and volatilizes little, low-temperature performance, cold resistance and could make the color of product more vivid and softer.

It is for the middle and low-end PVC products, especially in PVC sheet and artificial leather products, mainly be used for the production of car floor, advertising cloth, electric wire and cable,
plastic film, coating granule, plastic gas pipe, recycled plastic granules, rubber bar, heat shrink tube, textilene, PVC tube, PVC sole and gland strip, etc.
