INCREASE THROUGHPUT

Our unique patented feed distribution system has been proven to increase throughput up to 35 % over identically sized competitive units, thus effectively reducing the capital investment.

BROADER FIELDS OF APPLICATION

We can separate finer crystals without appreciable increases in fine losses. The median crystal size can be as small as 0.125mm with up to 20% of crystals between 0.08 - 0.10mm.

LOWER FEEDS SOLIDS CONCENTRATION

With the state of the art feed systems,lower solid concentration can be handled when compared to commonly utilized feed distribution systems.

REDUCED PARTICLE ATTRITION

Particle breakage & subsequent attrition are considerably reduced as a result of our unique feed distribution impeller and other design improvements.
