23 m², balcony 3 m² , flat TV screen (60 cm) satelite TV, Wi-Fi internet, double bed, bed linen and towels is delivered in the weekly change, kitchen niche, table and chairs for every person, kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, gas cooker, number of rings: 2, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine, cleaning once a week. Pets are not allowed.  

The apartment price refers to the daily rent price! In case of reservation for less than 3 days the price increased by 20%! Reservation will be confirmed only after 30% of the total price is paid on our account. Rest will be paid upon arrival. The apartment price includes: bed linen, electricity and water, kitchen appliances, cutlery, cleaning equipment, toilet paper, change of bed linen and cleaning on departure.
