May 19 2013 16:02 Getting Ready to Go Mobile Posted by kazimieras With the most recent release of the iWowWe product offering, you now have the opportunity to take your Back Office “on the road” using your mobile device. Our first step into the mobile market will NOT require you to visit your local app store to get started … you can set this up right from your device. Here’s how: Apple iOS Devices (iPad / iPhone) Open the Safari browser and navigate to https://www.videocontrolpanel.netEnter your username/password and select the “Remember Me” checkbox.Tap the Login button. This will bring you to the Home Page of your new Mobile Back Office. You will notice that it looks similar to your desktop version; only for now, it offers just Video Email.Locate the icon on your Safari browser that looks like an arrow coming out of a box. This allows you to “send” this page to a destination. (On an iPad, this is part of the top menu bar. On an iPhone, this is in the middle of your bottom command bar.)Click this to open a pop-up window that allows you to “send” this page to your Home Screen as a “shortcut.”Select the iWowWe icon and add it to your Home Screen. This will bring up a pop-up that will allow you to change the name before adding it to your home screen. During this process, you may automatically see a Pop Up window that asks if you want to create an iWowWe shortcut. Just click on the link and you’re set to save the last 2 steps. Android (4.0 and above) Installation on an Android device will depend upon the browser you are using.
