Social Networking Advice

I want to use the rest of this section to talk about something completely different and give some advise on social networking.

On those sites that all you to place google adsense, you want to do what you can do to increase your earnings. On Lazzeo you can place 3 standard ad units, 3 link units, 2 search boxes and one video unit.

Take the time to fill in your content boxes. If you do not add anythng, you are limiting your earning potential if you intend to make any money with google adsense.

Remember this is your personal website and not a "bandwidth stealing profile page". Therefore, adding banners, music players, videos, etc is nice but slows the load time and most people will not wait for your page to load.

Do not advertise your referral link. Advertise your profile link. By doing this you are not limiting yourself to just those who are looking to join a social network, rather giving them other options they might want to join.

Below is a partial list of the free social networks that I belong to. This list will be constantly updated. It is impossible for me to visit each one each day. I personally believe the key is not to see how many friends you can accumulate (although that is important) but a well designed profile page.
