Normally I just feel wiped out by middle morning. This was mostly due to the fact that I have insomnia very bad. Just this past week alone I have been able to go to bed and actually sleep. I am also able to get out of bed in the morning without the stuggle of wanting to just stay put! I can't wait to see what other good things will happen just by drinking my vitamins. I am so not the pill person and it usually is very hard for me to swallow any pills. I just love that my body can get the nutrients it needs just by drinking my daily dose. I will give updates as needed along the way to share how this is further helping me.
