Certified as a Senior Fitness Training Specialist I work towards improving the health and independence of the Mature and Senior population through safely implemented exercise and physical activity programs.
A passionate distance runner and cyclist, I also hold Certification as an Endurance Sports Trainer and a Fitness Nutrition Coach. Utilizing my background in fitness and my experience in more than 20 endurance events, I find satisfaction in guiding my clients to their greatest personal and athletic achievements.
I am an Associate with Max International, the industry leader in glutathione research making this an excellent fit for my portfolio. The Max group of category creating products are improving the quality of life for myself, my clients and their families every day.
As a Health & Fitness professional, I've also chosen to align myself with Stemtech Health Sciences. Adult Stem Cell Nutrition is important in creating optimal health which I strive for with each individual I come in contact with.
