Hi, I'm Nancy from Chatham, Ontario (Canada). Married, we have four great kids, 5 beautiful grandchildren, 6 lovable dogs (3 Shih Tzus and 3 rescue shih tzus), one big fluffy white cat (Molly) and one cuddly bunny.

I love family get-togethers, spending time with our grandchildren, volunteering at our local shelter, helping raise awareness for animal welfare and meeting new people with positive attitudes.

In late 2004 I stumbled upon a small ad about a company who produces clean burning candles. Being a candle lover myself, I was interested in learning more about this line of candles since "clean burning" was a new term I was not familiar with.

I signed up as a customer and for the next 4-5 months, my coworkers INSISTED on buying my candles that arrived by UPS. They absolutely loved the scents, the quality and the long, clean burn of the candles.

While I wasn't actively looking a business, the candle business found me!

Do you know just how big the candle industry is? Candles are a billion dollar PLUS business. I find that exciting, what about you?
