Been to many places when I was a lot younger. I am 50 years young and passing time (about 20 minutes a day) in Kuala Lumpur for a company that sells products for the petrochemical industry.
Spend weekends on a farm in Sg Buaya, about 40km from Kuala Lumpur, where I grow Napier Grass. This grass can grow up to 3 metres tall and it has high protein content used for animal feed. I have tried to sell the grass but didn't get much attention from local cattle farmers.
I am planning to put in a few cattle for fattening and breeding in a couple of months. The corral is ready and awaiting the construction of roof, feeding and drinking trough. Dont matter which is which as long as there are cattle that can consume the grass. I could get some calves so I may put in 10 or so to start with.
Also in the pipeline are the Dorper Sheep rearing and fish pond for Catch N Release (CNR). Planning to put in big sized fish for fishing enthusiast to enjoy. My farmhand grows chilli, Roselle and Stevia. Still wondering if it could be marketable. We have room for expansion and contract farming would be nice.
How nice it is to rest after doing literally nothing.
