I don't necessarily find it difficult to communicate with someone at all. I usually can build a relationship quite easy. The difficult part for me is that there are just so many hours in a day and I have a lot to do daily to keep my business running smoothly. I belong to a number of sites and I cannot stay gabbing in these social sites without hurting my business. When I speak to people I tell them this upfront so that they understand if I don't get back to them right away and know that it is not personal.

I agree Linda. But sometimes it's worth the extra time and effort to make that personal connection, even when you might be missing doing something else that is important

Interaction is not difficult with like-minded people here at ApSense. But as I read above, building relationships is much more, and requires more interaction. What is difficult in my case, is being Forbidden access to Apsense from time to time, short presence-long absence, and not being able to contact support, not being able to unsubscribe from emails or delete my account. I am wondering how I've got access today, and how long it will last. I really don't know to whom to address my problem.
