THANK YOU VERY MUCH BJ & Dominique!! You guys are not only on top of it but also very quick. Both of your comments came in while I was writing my last one, so I did not have the even newer information you guys just provided. AND IT WORKED TOO BTW, I JUST GOT MY 500 CREDITS....THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! OK, so do you think I was a little too assertive? If so, I guess I could delete that comment. I really just wanted the answers, and I honestly don't feel or think I did or said anything wrong, but if BOTH of you feel or think otherwise, please let me know and I will delete it immediately! First, thanks for clearing this up for me and all others concerned. And I wasn't venting as much as I was stating the given facts as I understood them to be at the time I posted. You see, I am a very assertive person in everything I do, and I am not afraid to say "what" I feel or see "when" I see or feel it. And under the circumstances, I did not say or do anything wrong here as far as I'm concerned. Now with that being said, so you're saying that the link for the credits was actually in the "email" and not the "newsletter". That does make a huge difference and this is the first time that point was made in this discussion and sheds whole a new light on the situation indeed. As such, if I hurt anybody's feeling by stating the "facts" that I had when I said it, then I do sincerely apologize. And yet, I must point out that when I said it, I was still under the impression that the credits were being made available in the "newsletter" not the "email", and that it was my assertiveness which prompted this new, necessary information to be disclosed. So not only did it help me to better understand the situation, but it will also help others who were seeking the credits and posted their comments here accordingly. Again, though, I really didn't intend to hurt anybody, rather I was just looking for clear answers to my questions, which I now have. Thanks! Best Wishes, Michael Brock P.S.
