In poor countries you can not have a paypal nor a payza account. More over master and visa cards are also impossible to prepare, then how can one try to take part in the online business where every thing has to be purchased. Besides there are a lot of companies which bound themselves to only one or three countries. So the poor remain poor and the rich remain rich.
