I've had quite a few people send me a message saying they love PinOpps, which we highly appreciate, and many of them want to know some "tips" about how to best make use of it. So here's some quick tips...

1. Relax and just let PinOpps become a part of your business. That's the #1 tip and the best advice I could give. PinOpps is not hard work. It's not a place like other social networks where you have to Create content and work hard to get it seen. PinOpps simply displays and connects to content that already exists. Only takes a few seconds to pin something on PinOpps and and a few seconds more to share it on APSense or Facebook or Twitter through convenient buttons. It's so easy to make PinOpps part of your normal marketing routine.

2. If you haven't already...Go to PinOpps, click on About, then click "Pin It" button. Drag that button to your bookmark bar on your brower window. This gives you the ability to pin from any website you are currently viewing. When viewing any website, just click the "PinOpps Pin It" button you installed on your bookmark bar and a screen full of images and/or videos will pop up. Click one of those images and pin it instantly to your PinOpps account. That's the most convenient way to pin.

3. Diplay your "Business Life" from all over the Internet onto your PinOpps boards. Use PinOpps to link your entire Business Life on the Internet into ONE PLACE, your PinOpps account. Showcase all of the things you've done, quickly and easily.

4. Pin every business information item you find interesting, not just your own advertisements. This is very important! Read business blogs, social media blogs, internet marketing blogs, affiliate marketing blogs, find great videos on YouTube to share, the possibilities and information resources are endless. You will get many more "Followers" and many more people reading your pins if you have interesting content to share, not just your own ads.

5. Become a "Collector"! Think about this one for a moment...When you think of PinOpps as a collection of information, you start realizing that you can collect anything on your boards, even things you want to save and organize. Your PinOpps account can be used as a personal bookmarking tool, not just an image and video showcase to others. You will end up with some very interesting and well organized collections / bookmarks. Such as a collection of your favorite...Books, Blogs & Sites, People, Quotes or more specifically boards like Favorite Facebook Pages, Favorite People on Twitter, Favorite APSense Members, Best WordPress Themes, Best WordPress Plugins, etc. Once you start using PinOpps as your Business Bookmarking service, you will not have any trouble finding things to pin and will most likely have many Followers waiting to see your next one.

6. Don't go "pin crazy" all at once. You've got time and there's tons of content out there to pin. No need to pin everything you can all in one day, that might make it seem like work :). Pin maybe 2 to 4 items at a time, maybe 2 or 3 times a day or as you see something interesting you want to share. Remember, you can also "Repin" your own items to other boards later as well, you don't have to do that immediately either. You don't want to end up with the same image showing up 5 or 6 times all at once. Besides, repinning is a great way to "recycle" your pins for new audiences to see later. So space it out in a "drip-feed" type of method so you don't get overwhelmed. Many people join PinOpps, share about 20 pins and forget about it for a few days. That's not the best use of the site and doesn't keep you in front of the audience very long. It's much better to consistantly pin a few items daily or every other day so visitors to PinOpps are more likely to see your pins and see them often. If you follow the #1 Tip above, this will not be an issue.

7. Spend your other time on the site, when your not pinning, getting to know other PinOpps members by commenting on their pins, "Like" their pins, and Repin some that you really like. This is what brings real value to the PinOpps experience and creates stronger friendships that could lead to some great and profitable partnerships and joint ventures (JVs) with other members. You will get lots of Followers that way as well. It's easy to see in a glance what members of PinOpps are truly interested in just by viewing their pins. You can also make use of the Search function to find them by keywords.

8. Put PinOpps banners, buttons, icons and other images in your articles, posts, pages, etc. We've created some images for you to use when promoting PinOpps (you can use your APSense affiliate referral link as well). Go to this page...http://www.pinopps.com/pro/pinopps-images to find the images. This is a great way to get your pins seen, get some Followers, and earn an extra income. More images coming soon.
