Stay properly hydrated.

Hi everyone!

Did you know that the human body is 60-65% water?

Water is an essential nutrient for survival; it is recommended that we consume 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, stay hydrated for good health!

So...whatever your plans this weekend, remember to pack some water and stay hydrated.

If you feel thirsty, it's too late...you are already dehydrated!

I live in Las Vegas where we have very dry hot days. I have switched over to sea salt & found that the water I drink is put to use rather than just sitting there.
I also do not recomend any flavoring in your water!
Keep a bottle or glass of water sitting next to you! If it is handy you will drink it - otherwise you may get up & grab coffee or pop....
Brad was having BP problems & the Dr. wanted him on meds. I do not do pills! So he followed advice & started drinking more water! His BP is normal, if he drinks enough water. He was also switched to sea salt.
I am NOT a Dr. so this is only what I have done.
