Arbitrary Welfare Reform?

The bipatisan Welfare Reform laws created under Democratic President Bill Clinton was and is good legislation. Recent moves in the executive branch of the Obama Administration seems designed to weaken the requirements for persons on welfare to look for and find employment. Temporary government assistance to those in need is good, but the government fostering the "welfare mentality" is bad for both individuals and corporations. Maybe President Obama really is the "food stamps President".

Neither wins if they are fetching voters; the welfare case that don't look for work certainly wont take time for voting
