On the subject of back links, Facebook is the ultimate authority site. Set up your fanpage, post on it and make sure you have a link to your site on it.
If you do not know how to set up a fanpage, I will write a step by step how to here in the very near future. However, you can begin to get some back link juice by posting on the back link club fanpage. I'm still in need of an additional 14 "likes" so that I can have a custom url to the fan page. Please visit it, like it and add your like to the wall. it'll be a start to your backlink collection.
