As you all know The Texas AG is very proactive in fighting against Identity theft. He will take on anyone he feels is not doing the job in protecting personal information, he doesn't care if the business is a small local mom and pop operation or a mega corporation.
Well it works in judgement has been handed down inthe suit he filed against CVS Pharmacy. Watch the announcement. This was the hard one. This is the first judgement he has announced so that means a precedent has been set in the state of Texas.
