DICKIE LEWIS (Kelso, 3.40) has been in tremendous form over hurdles and can transfer that well-being to chasing.

The ten-year-old is certainly enjoying the testing going at the moment and has bagged two quick wins on heavy ground in just over two weeks.  His previous chasing exploits hardly set the racing world alight but he now returns to that sphere off a handy mark. His one victory over fences was at Leicester, where he jumped for fun and won in a good time for the conditions. He has the power and pace to plough through the mud and can give his in-form yard yet another winner.

HAROLDINI (Southwell, 4.25) has had a short break and returns to the Fibresand fresh and ready.  The Orpen gelding had a busy December and January, winning three times from five starts.  Although he won over a mile last time, he is probably a better horse over this shorter trip and can go well in a tight race.

BLACKHEATH (Wolverhampton, 9.20) has been running with credit without much luck and just failed in a  hotter heat here earlier in the week.  The veteran clocked a fine time for the grade and tonight's race looks his for the taking.
