I had a friend tell me about an old e-mail she had gotten years back. She kept it because she thought it would be interesting to get certified as a "royal". Luckily she never got around to placing an order and she just happened to come across the printout and called to ask me if it was a scam.
I had to do some digging and while the certification was a scam it seems that there is a tiny little "country" in the middle of Australia.
