The Holidays are over it's time to relax

 De-stress and relaxation
The hustle and bustle of Christmas is over, the kiddies are back in school and it's a brand new year.  Many people have made those dreaded New Year's Resolutions, and some are actually still keeping them.  I made a New Years Resolution too.  I have resolved to not let myself get overwhelmed.  When I start getting tired I will stop what I am doing and rest. 

Last year I would often push myself but found that I'm less effective when tired.  So for this year I'm not doing that.  No more overbooking myself or yawning at the computer for me!

I don’t just yawn, I nod out at the computer.
I always felt like I had so much to do that I didn’t have time to rest.
I don’t fight it anymore. If I get sleepy, I go lay down. Sometimes I sleep for 5 or 10 minutes, sometimes longer. But I’m able to get so much more done after I’ve rested.
