A BONFIRE Burning Stick! LOL! How To Handle Your Pet Peeves

  At Yule... A tradition is to carve a stick with your most annoying complaint of the past "Turning" and toss it into a roaring BONFIRE, so that "Complaint It Will Be NO MORE!" followed by spitting some fuel (Whiskey) after it....

Dude and Dudesses, whenever I see these "MONDO-GI-NORMOUS" abominations sprouting up on the landscape of some unlucky town, I also see the destruction of that town's culture and small businesses...

It creeps me out, to say the least, that in one of these towns here in PA., where I used to love to vacation, to see half of the townspeople coming home from work and wearing their MEGA-MONSTERSHOP uniforms...

Where there once was a lady who used to sell fishbait out of her home, and invite you in for a cup of coffee and a friendly chat, there is now a MONDO-CONDO and a hole in my heart!

The theme of these GIGANTO-BIZES has even been applied to houses of worship. I wonder how that makes people feel...

I am Nature-Loving Human Being, I know that if I walk far enough into the Forest and Climb a Rock or two, that I can get resonably far away from these HUGE-O-RAMA insults...

But the day that I'm out fishing and I see a floating BIGGIE-MERCH...
