A great tip for relaxing the whole family

 De-stress and relaxation
It seems that pretty much everyone has put up the decorations by now.  For a great way to relax the family how about a walk around the neighborhood to admire all of the decorations.  Not only relaxing but you get a bit of exercise in there without even knowing it!

We have a Griswald house in are neighborhood. I swear you can't find the house during the day for all the decorations, but at night it glows like the Star of Bethlehem!

Good advice. I just remember Gayle's oohs and aahs over some of the let's say more "Griswaldish" of the decorations. If you don't understand why I say "Griswaldish" find the movie, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.

Although I'm not a christmas type of guy, I am totally in agreement with relaxation and de-stressing as alternatives to the violently paced," Rushed to the point of collision", type of Life that people are really suffering from, needlessly in most cases.

My 'Hibernation Period" after Halloween is my most creative, restful and enjoyable time for me and my loved ones.... All will benefit from my self-maintained state of active-relaxation, my Solitude and my away-ness, if possible....

I recommend that families take a moment to really love each other, eat together, visit a spa and of course, visit a Natural Place, if any... Prepare gifts of laughter for each other, call those that are a distance away, and chat with them... Embrace the grieving as a family, visit a soup kitchen and help feed people.... Build something together, Breathe skills into your spouses and children, meditate together... Learn a New Way...

Joy, Abundance and Peace Be With You All, not just for Now, but Forever...
