Trouble starting a book...

Hi, I'm trying to write a book on bullying for little kids to understand. Problem is I can't figure out how to put it in "little people" words. I can make older kids understand it, but not the really little kids.
Any suggestions?

This indicates that you are feeling more comfortable addressing to an older audience...maybe you should consider addressing to them first and write for the younger ones later on...

Thanks Isabelle! I will work on that. I know that to stop it, it has to start with the little ones. Maybe we can stop or at least really slow down the cycle of violence.
How old are the kids you teach?

You are very welcome, Sylvia. I always choose my target audience ( depending on the subject I am working on, of course) when I feel I am comfortable enough addressing to them...once you will have written for the older children, it might open you different ways of approaching the little ones...I used to teach adolescents from 11 to 18 in high schools, but right now I am working for myself, offering French and German lessons mostly to English speaking people:)

I know a person who happens to be a friend and who has also published a few of my books who is an expert in child abuse and bullying...when she's not writing, she is advocating children's cause...maybe you'd like to talk to her? Her name is Donna Kshir.
