Types of Emails you need to create:

Portal Auto Responders - go out to people who sign up into your portals
Vanity Responder - goes out to people who email your vanity address
For your Veremail Uploads - goes out to those who verify
For Your Groups - goes out to your Group Subscribers
Bully Pulpits - Premium (including affiliates) CPT, Veremail uploads, Groups

Consider Your Reader’s Needs – Not Your Own

Who is your reader?
Where did they come from in terms of how they got on your list?
For example: FFA upload, lead capture page, Premium Lead, CPT (through reverse marketing)

What is your reader interested in?
For example, you would not send the same email message to someone who subscribed for information on alternative healing as you would to someone looking for a home business.

What do you have to accomodate your reader's interests?
Nobody wants to be pitched to. Do not use your email marketing to pitch people. It's all in the delivery... you can get your message across without doing the hard sell. The funnel system is how you "warm" your leads up to you...

People Do Business with People they:

Know,
Like and
Trust.

Create, Don’t Just Copy

This is the hardest part of all for many – write from your heart. Write as though you are speaking to the person. If you “borrow” (we all do), make it your own by “putting yourself into it”. Change the wording, add your own links. You will not attract the customers and partners you are seeking if you are copying and pasting your way along. You MUST make some alterations to make other people’s emails your own.
