The use of UBB codes in posts where it is allowed can make quite a difference to how your posts look.
The basics are as follows.
... ----- result----- bold
... ----- result----- italic
... ----- result----- underline
center
... colors
examples
replace the word “name†with the word red
replace the word “name†with the word blue
replace the word “name†with the word green

www.mydomain.com links
This will display the url and make it clickable.
http://www.mydomain.com/
name links
This will display a text and make it clickable to go to the url
my text here
name email link
This will display a clickable text and hide the email address
mail me
Points to note.
In the UBB code help (the blue UBB Codes) that you find at the bottom of areas where you can use it you may see listed
me@mydomain.com email link
I have contacted Wincer because it does not work.
He has told me it is an error and will be removed as it should not be there. So do not use this option if it is still there when you look at it for reference.
You cannot make an image clickable to go to a site.
If you want something bold and underlined then it will only work if you use the underlineUBB code out side the boldUBB code
This will work ----- result ----- This will work
This will not work ----- result ----- This will not work
To use the bold, italic and underline combination you must use it in that order.
bold in italics and underlined ----- result ----- bold in italics and underlined
It is important to remember when using UBB code combinations to close the codes in the reverse order that they were opened.
....
as above they codes were opened in the order underline, italic, bold and closed in the order bold, italic, underlined
