We hand trim, process, pack and ship our meats from company owned and operated, state-of-the-art facilities. We own cattle and have proprietary partnerships with ranchers and premium product sources; selecting only the finest for our customers and allowing us to carefully monitor quality throughout all the steps needed to fill each order.

Our approach is all about customer satisfaction. Our facilities have an on-site USDA inspector to ensure that each and every product is wholesome, safe for consumption and certified at the highest grade.

Vertical Integration. We monitor occupancy, schedule feed and maturation, manage feedlots and work with cattle ranchers to oversee the whole process. In addition, we monitor weight and eliminate antibiotics, steroids and hormones designed to give false enhancements. By the time our high quality meat arrives at our processing facilities, we can track and report where it came from, what it was fed, how it was handled, when it will be processed and how it will get to our end consumer. Control is the main difference between our vertical integration method and traditional growth and processing methods.
