This is the questions that haunts eveyone who makes the conscience decision to join the business world. I don't mean what kind of business, like house painter or plummer. I mean just what is involved in creating and running a business. Well, as I see it there are three (3) steps. Step one is a question: sales or service. Sholud I sell a product or perform a serveice for someome, think accounting or advertising. Step two (2) is the question: where, or how can I get, or do the job cheaply. These stepd are relativly easy, and we find hundreds of "guru's" to guide us. Ahh, but step three (3) is by far the hardest. It is the question: where do I get customers? That question has perplexed even the most seasoned business person. Sorry dear friends, I don't have a "one size fits all" answer to  it. But, I can tell you that I will be working on it, and will glady share what I discover.
