Why are Talents, WorthReferral, etc. not a lot better searchable?

I'm sure more these things would become more valuable for the both, the people listing things AND the ones looking to find things ... not being able to search things easily, makes it very hard to make good use of the whole thing ... what's your experience? Please post your comments and suggestions ... thanks!

There should also be a follow up system for campaigns so people who like a page can receive more info automatically so they can get on with the project and derive full value from it!
