Interesting question, even more interesting answers, most of them revolve around social media and a few revolve around traffic exchanges and safelists

There isn't one site which generates the most traffic. Sure YouTube and Google+ are good, because get a lot of trafffic, what you have to remember is this

To build your list, you need TARGETED traffic. For that you need safelists and traffic exchanges, mainly because they help keep you focused on the task in hand, whereas social media sites like F/Book and others can be a distraction

Like a few others I'm sure including Joe and R Wheatherly, who have been around a while, in my 17years online, having tried a combination of social media, safelist and traffic exchanges, and tracking my results... Hand on heart I can truthfully say that the latter two Safelists and TEs, will build your list fast, as long as you use them the right way

Google+ and YouTube, are probably the only two 'socialmedia' sites I use, becaue the Google+ community is a good source of getting traffic from there

The bottom line of course is what puts money in your bank and again the methods mentioned above, definately do that
