You have to first explain what you are talking about. What kind of session & what are you clicking on? A traffic exchange session would start with a click at your first web page & last for as many clicks you like to provide during that session. The TE may provide rewards & incentives to keep you clicking all day ... :)

A user may click your ad multiple times. When one person clicks on one advertisement multiple times in the same session, AdWords records multiple clicks while Analytics recognizes the separate pageviews as one session. This is a common behavior among users engaging in comparison shopping.

The Clicks column in your reports indicates how many times your advertisements were clicked by users, while Sessions indicates the number of unique sessions initiated by your users.

A click is visit to the site regardless of time, sessions are used to measure time on site. Too low of time on site (under 9 seconds) the session is considered bounce or non human traffic. High bounce means your site is not popular enough for people to stay and read it. This is why Traffic exchanges with short counters under 10 seconds hurt your website.
