No, from the perspective of Google..you can not post the same content on different websites. It can drop your keywords from google rank. Please read the google algo's first before doing SEO.

In terms of SEO this is not the best idea. If you post the same article on different sources you will make the text not unique and this can harm your SEO. Better rewrite it but in any case, don't forget to include a link to the original article.

you can link your blog to linkedin or other social media, this way when you post something on your blog, it will automatically be shared on your social accounts, and this is not considered a duplicate of content since you're referring to the original source. Or, you can make a (call to action) on your social media... By means, you write a snippet of the article and drop a link that shall direct to the article on your blog.
