Ratna G is your problem resolved? What Mohan S says may be correct for paypal but how to verify it ? Pay pal does not answer queries they sent a cheque for 77 dollars which was in my account a year back without my asking and have not replied and given me the reasons for doing so though I tried to contact them why the pal is so would Mr Mohan help ? All the best I have account with pay pal verified since 2007 their action has made me not to transfer funds to pay pal I use payza now but is there a way out to use pay pal for Indians in India ?

@Ratna G, Let me Clear You That PayPal Has to be comply with RBI Guidelines, So, You Also Cannot use your credit card which is linked to your PayPal account to make online purchases. I have also a PayPal Business Account & Have my credit card linked to it, But PayPal Does not allow me to Make online purchases. It is better if you look for alternate solutions.

Mr. Vishwajeet Kumar, you can make online purchases using your credit card through your Paypal account. Due to RBI guidelines and Rules, now-a-days they are not allowing online purchase using the money available in the paypal account. Either the money is transferred to you by somebody or it is your business earnings such amount will be automatically transferred with in 48 hours to your bank account.
