If You wanna get referrals from SE, then write unique SEO optimized articles and reviews on sites like APSense.com, MyFBB.com or Article directories. If You write good content and ecplain, why is it good idea to join one or another program, You will get Your referrals. It will take time and needs some writing skills, but can be very affordable in long term.

However, a sure way I know of is
via an article about your affiliate program
SEO'd with keywords.

There are two programs used in conjunction to accomplish this task.
The are KuleBuzz and KuleSearch.
They can get your article, with your affiliate link listed(indexed) in Google in 48 hours.

Step 1 is to write your article

Step 2 is to buy a keyword from (Kulesearch) that best
describes that article and pop the article
in when you are prompted to do so in Kulebuzz.

Step 3 is to review the article that you have
just written and look for other powerful keywords
that you have included in that article.
(Use Google adwords to locate less competition)
and insert them into your article.

Step 4 is to buy those related keywords that
are in the article and tag them to your article.
Then post it.
