I agree with Wahyu, look out for TE sites with a social surfbar and a chat, This way you can get known but don't forget to add a image of you and in many TE sites they have a profile site, write there something about you. If you need some goog TE sites send me a message.

Like most sites online there are good and bad. Some free advertising sites and communities make you continually log in and renew or replace ads. The ads expire. I have found several good free adverting sites where the ads do not expire and the results in some have been over 20,000 fee ads. It's a lot of trial an error unless you have friends you can ask and find the good sites. Read my articles here for more information.

TE's, Safelists, TAE's, Classified's and Social Networks are the Free Resources for Advertising. Most people in these places are there to advertise their opportunity and not as buyers. Unless you are able to create curiosity in them within the ten seconds that they look at your page your advertising will not be effective.
