Is it possible to exchange LibertyReserve Money for Payza or PayPal and How?

It's possible,
1. Find trusted moneychanger (but usually they take high fee).
2. Sell your LR and buy paypal or payza balance.
3. Exchange it with your honest friends, who have paypal or payza.

Yes its possible.... contact me for trusted exchanger... usually they dont exchange with paypal... but you can do between LR, Payza, STP, Perfect money etc

Well yes, of course you can exchange with friends, but that is not the question.

Unfortunately you cannot exchange your LR to PayPal since they are completely separate entities

In Libertyreserve, the more reliable, that you change your LR to Payza or Paypal on the same page there is written, Buy /Sell LR,
You have them in several languages, also have other that are not there, but you must be careful with them because they have tempting offers, e.g. 1 LR for 1.50 paypal or Payza, if you want to risk.

Yes, it is possible to exchange LB to Payza using Alert exchanger but, i do not think it is possible with paypal.
