I see all the comments here have no proof that they work.
For example, I did a website for SpecialOffer.party but if you Google it, it is nowhere to be seen. It currently has a special offer for joining a free advertising website, so I made a video about my Traffic Exchange Tip and now it shows right at the top of Google and has for some time. If people watch the video and take interest, there is a link to the Special Offer Party in the description. There is more than one way to skin a cat.
