God does not exist in this physical universe, called reality.
God is the source of beings, per the Veda; Cause - Effect.
Beings are a type of control centre tied to God. The closest is a being that control 'the decision to be'. The next being is a genetic entity that controls beingness.
The next control centre is function which is the mind.
The next control centre is structure which is sentient cells.
The control centres are in control of the order of magnitude.
The order of magnitude which is the domain of God which is Cause-Effect, is not relevant to any beings/control centres because God has them in their order of magnitude. A diagram would best illustrate, but diagrams are not allowed to be posted here.
