How can you check whether a P.T.C. (pay to click) site is genuine if you do not know the owner?

In general. Big PTC website. Because there is many many people ,you completely can believe in. So find some number of PTC website to join.

I know one that is legit. In Love PTC. Great owner and always pays on time. ut be sure to check what the others have said. So many crap sites out there.

The word scam has been misused. Is everything that is to good to be true a scam or are we judging it by the hype? I mean that if some people makes it with a program by following it word by word, and the ones that go astray and do different stuff fails and calls it a scam. Think about it. If you buy a TV and you don't follow the manual.....??
