Frauds in financial systems?

Since last two days we are reading about a particular fraud happening in banking sector in India. Obviously the flaws are being exploited by the people who know the system very well . In view of this, what are the chances that invesrors in crypto currencies will not get cheated due to the people who know that system well ?

Yeah i heard about PNB Bank fraud of 12000 crore. For doing fraud you have to be so smart like the man behind this did.

yes, now a days too many frauds in financial systems. specially on online exchange services.
