As the apsense credits can be changed or used? as is done to redeem them?

i don't think it can be change but it can be used....you should earn new credits to redeem the latter

The credits you accumulate can be easily used to promote a campaign where you will promote your business. I've tried it and it was great. It brought more sign up to my website and that is why I am accumulating more.
