The past year, I have jumped into Yoga, to add to my ever growing thirst for knowledge of health and wellness. Performing Yoga, after weightlifting or b efore has been very beneficial for me. I have tried Yoga and it is not that easy. I was very clumsy at first, but I did improve as time went on. I also tried Pilates and could not walk for a few days It was brutal!!
