CASE 1:

A lady about 38 years of age was reported with varicose veins of small size behind her left knee where she started having some pain. She was examined with duplex ultrasound so as to find out whether any hidden veins was underlying there. It was found out that there was a feeding vessel which was small and could be treated by Sclerotherapy with Ultrasound Guide and Treatment by Endovenous Laser was not needed. The only requirement was to release some blood trapped inside so that there wont be any possible pigmentation in the affected area.

CASE 2: A woman of 42 years of age was reported with a large vein bulging out on the outer thigh of her left leg. Examination through Duplex Ultrasound showed that a short feeding vein of small size was hidden under the skin that made the bulging vein prominent. The best option for treating this case was the application of both the UGS, that is, Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy and then MAP, that is, Modified Ambulatory Phlebectomy. This took just one session and was performed in 60 minutes. The patient could walk immediately but she was asked not to physically strain herself for coming seven days.

CASE 3: A man of 42 years of age underwent Varicose Veins Treatment as he reported to have a massive vein that had its extension starting from the upper portion of his inner thigh to the lower portion of his inner leg. This condition caused him tremendous leg ache & he experienced frequent cramps besides being quite unsightly. Examination through Duplex Ultrasound showed that an abnormal vein of very large size was hidden that made the varicose veins seem visible on the inner portions of thigh area and calf area.
