An important facility of exhaust extruder is the device with exhaust function--vacuum pump, vacuum pump is one of the basic equipment to obtain vacuum. Its working principle is the same as that of general volume vacuum pump. A rotor is eccentrically installed in the cavity of vacuum pump, and there are three radial sliding vanes on the rotor, which divide the cavity of vacuum pump into three parts. Three studios, when the vacuum pump is in operation, the volume of each studio changes periodically. The increasing volume of the studio continuously sucks gas from the suction port into the pump chamber, completes the isolation between the suction chamber and the intake port, and continuously compresses the sucked gas in the studio with continuously shrinking volume. When the pressure is greater than the exhaust pressure, it passes through the ventilation between the vacuum pump and the oil tank. The passage discharges the gas, and this operation is repeated three times per turn.
Exhaust extruder is named for its special performance. This performance is to discharge the gases (including air, steam and volatile gases) from the raw materials during the extrusion process, so as to achieve the goal of guaranteeing the quality of rubber products.
Exhaust extruder is a common cold feed extruder. When the extruded material does not need to exhaust, the exhaust hole can be blocked and used as an ordinary extruder. If there is no need for exhaust, it is best not to choose exhaust extruder, because the extrusion volume of exhaust extruder is much lower than that of ordinary extruder.
