"Don't Let The Minimum Be Your Maximum" by Stephen Scott, Founder, TBP:
"To all Team Building Project Partners
I've noticed several partners contacting people in their downline suggesting that all they have to do is sponsor two people and they are set.
You want to be careful not to give the impression that all they have to do is recruit 2 people. The idea is to have as many direct sponsors as possible, because that's where the money is made. You don't want to set minimum expectations because that's just what they will do, recruit two people and then stop. That's traditional network marketing (making the minimum the maximum) and I for one want to encourage everyone to do the opposite.
Remember, every partner you personally sponsor represents a new revenue center, and significantly more income potential for YOU!
