  Medical Billing/Coding/InsuranceNo they are not guaranteed to be free Babu. Several carriers count all texts, outgoing and incoming. Just like all incoming calls on your cell phone are not free. Medical Billing/Coding/InsuranceThat's all well and good Babu, but I looked at the page and saw addressing who would pay for the incurred cost of texting or even warning that costs may be incurred. So having the option to receive means nothing without letting people know why it is an option. I suggest that everyone understand that you may not be paying money to join TCN, but there is a very good chance you will be paying your cell phone carrier for all of the texts you agree to receive.Unless you have an unlimited text plan with your carrier, there is a very good chance that you will be paying for this in overusage fees on that cell phone. you are agreeing to receive an average of 150 texts per month and I really don't think TCN is going to pay your cell phone bill.
